Position Psychiatrist

| Remote | $130–$170/hr

Position type: Hourly Contract, 6‑week term, part‑time 10‑40 hrs per week.

Compensation & Bonuses Base pay: $130–$170 per hour. Weekly bonus up to $30 per hour for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical expertise critical to designing and evaluating AI‑generated medical outputs in psychiatry.

Review AI‑generated case studies, diagnostic assessments, and clinical workflows for accuracy and compliance with psychiatric standards.

Offer structured, comprehensive feedback emphasizing clarity, patient safety, and medical rigor.

Collaborate asynchronously with AI development teams to refine model performance and outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

MD or DO degree from a reputable medical institution.

Strong clinical psychiatric practice experience.

Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
