Associate Lawyer - Litigation

We are a highly regarded, fast growing, boutique law firm based in Cremorne. We specialise in commercial and construction law, and are led by an LIV Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation. Our clients include high net worth individuals, commercial construction clients, national firms and more.

You’ll have real ownership of matters, direct client contact, and exposure to the full lifecycle of files — with support and mentoring from the Principal and wider team when you need it.

Your work will include:

A broad range of commercial and construction disputes

Litigation in courts and tribunals

Client consultations and ongoing strategic advice

Managing matters end-to-end, from first instruction to resolution

About You You’ll likely have:

Litigation and dispute experience

Strong time management, organisation and communication skills

Confidence dealing directly with clients and running files

A practical, thoughtful approach to legal problem-solving

Energy, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset

Thrives working autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
