We specialise in mission‑critical architecture for data centres, health, and life sciences, alongside a robust interiors team focusing on commercial and workplace design.

About You We seek a mid‑level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects, a solid understanding of design development and delivery, adept at problem‑solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes. This is a role with a huge growth potential.

You will be joining an emerging team of architects and designers in our Melbourne office and you will be in regular contact with our Sydney office. You will play a crucial part of the growth in the VIC market.

Key Responsibilities

Capable of working on complex, multi‑phase projects with a focus on achieving high‑quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.

Prepare architectural drawings, models that accurately reflect the design intent. Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.

Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal presentation skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of local experience

Has a good understanding of design and construction documentation

Has a solid understanding of Australian building codes

Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded

Experience working in complex commercial project or large‑scale multi‑residential projects is highly regarded

Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required

Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded
