We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in a large-scale App Transformation program, shaping the next generation of customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile. This is a high-impact role within a major enterprise environment, ideal for someone who thrives in complex landscapes and enjoys influencing both technology direction and business strategy.

About the Role As the Solution Architect for the Customer Experience domain, you’ll define the architecture, roadmap and design patterns that enable seamless, personalised and engaging digital interactions. You’ll work across web, mobile, APIs and cloud technologies to support an omni-channel strategy and uplift the organisation’s digital capability.

You’ll partner closely with senior architects, engineering leads, business stakeholders and vendors to guide major design decisions, shape transitional roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define future-state and transitional architectures for the App Transformation program.

Lead architecture for customer experience platforms across web, mobile and microservices.

Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, architecture principles and security standards.

Influence senior technology and business stakeholders to support architectural direction.

Provide thought leadership on emerging digital technologies and customer-experience trends.

Guide assessments for RFPs, RPIs and proof-of-concepts.

Maintain high-quality architectural deliverables to support development teams and vendors.

Champion a customer-focused, one-team culture across the program.

Required Experience

Senior architecture experience within a large enterprise or ASX-equivalent organisation.

Background in major IT transformation or modernisation programs.

Strong track record delivering complex architectures in multi-domain environments.

Deep experience in B2C/B2B digital, customer experience, and supply chain-related domains.

Web and mobile application architecture.

React.js

API design and microservices

Mobile app architecture

Web and API security (incl. OWASP, access control)

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical content to executives.

Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving, complex environments.
