General Manager
role where your voice matters, your expertise is trusted and your impact is visible across an iconic asset in the heart of the Perth CBD. You’ll work with a key client, lead a dedicated onsite team, and drive initiatives that elevate both asset performance and customer experience.
The Opportunity:
In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the
strategic and day‑to‑day management
of an A‑grade commercial asset in Perth CBD. You’ll partner closely with this key strategic client and internal specialists to influence asset strategy, deliver best practice service outcomes, and lead a high performing onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations and strategic management across this high‑profile asset, ensuring KPI delivery and excellence in service standards.
Manage and mentor onsite team across Facilities, Customer Experience, Finance, and Lease Administration.
Building strong, long lasting relationships with tenants, contractors, and your client.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, capital expenditure plans, lease administration, arrears, and compliance with confidence.
Guiding tenant onboarding and fit out processes to set customers up for success.
Manage external leasing agents and contribute to negotiations on lettings, renewals, and rent reviews.
What You’ll Bring:
A Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence and tertiary qualifications in a property related field.
Several years of experience in property management across large premium or A‑Grade commercial and/or retail assets.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated financial and analytical capability.
Excellent knowledge of the property market, industry trends, and building services.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
