About the Centre Journey Early Learning Riverhills is a 52-place service tucked beneath tall native trees on a quiet, leafy street. ⭐ About the Role We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Centre Manager who is passionate about quality practice, strong relationships and building a team culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations while leading with Journey’s quality-first approach and receiving strong ongoing support from our Pedagogy & Safeguarding Teams, Area Manager and Journey Academy.

Key Responsibilities

Champion high standards of safety, compliance and safeguarding

Lead, mentor and grow a passionate educator team

Oversee rostering, occupancy, budgets and daily operations

Build trusted relationships with families and community partners

Advocate for children’s rights and wellbeing

Support the development and evaluation of high-quality programs

About You You are :

confident in guiding teams through quality and continuous improvement

committed to ethical practice and children’s rights
