What you’ll be doing
Supporting and maintaining HubSpot activity across the portfolio
Building and sending EDMs and newsletters
Assisting with lead nurture journeys and customer comms
Content & Social
Creating and scheduling organic content (Meta + LinkedIn)
Supporting paid campaigns with content inputs
Community & Reputation
Managing comments and DMs across channels
Responding to Google Reviews and supporting online reputation
Acting as a thoughtful brand representative
Corporate Comms Support
Assisting with announcements and stakeholder updates
Supporting brand storytelling around purpose and impact
Who this suits
You’ve worked in a digital marketing, content or community role (agency or in‑house)
You’re confident writing in a warm, professional tone
You’re comfortable juggling CRM, content and community management
You’re organised and love keeping things moving
High‑volume community engagement exposure
Basic short‑form video editing skills
