We are seeking a dedicated

Centre Director

to lead our Early Childhood service in

Townsville . This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care while supporting a positive team culture.

About the Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the service. You will ensure compliance with the

National Quality Framework (NQF)

and the

Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)

standards, while fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and educators.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Centre Director in an Early Childhood setting

Approved Early Childhood qualification (as recognised by ACECQA) (Minimum Diploma)

Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law & Regulations

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of educators

Manage compliance, policies, and procedures

Maintain strong relationships with families and the community

Oversee enrolments, staffing, and budgeting

Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
