Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australian ESS & EV markets.
Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Support customer visits, technical workshops, and business presentations.
Responsible for the overall operation of Gotion Australia.
Report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, market insights and local business operation status to Gotion HQ.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree or above (Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field preferred).
Proven ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Willingness to travel to China and other countries as required.
