Finance Broker

About the Role As a Finance Broker, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their finance options while supporting the broader sales and service operations of Evergreen Auto. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage finance applications from start to finish and build long‑term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on finance options tailored to customer needs

Assess financial situations and recommend suitable finance solutions

Prepare, lodge, and manage finance applications

Liaise with lenders, internal teams, and customers to ensure a smooth process

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the finance portfolio

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long‑term relationships

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Finance Broker or similar financial services role

Strong understanding of vehicle finance products, credit assessment, and approval processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to complete financial analyses and prepare finance applications

Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field (highly regarded)
