As the Head of Super IT Platforms, you play a critical role in ensuring our core superannuation systems are stable, secure and evolving to meet the needs of South Australians now and into the future. You bring together strategy, technical leadership and strong partnerships to safeguard essential services, improve member experience, and strengthen the integrity of the fund. Your work helps deliver reliable, trusted systems that support better financial outcomes for public sector employees across the state.

About The Opportunity

Lead Super SA's core IT platforms, ensuring systems are stable, secure and future‑ready.

Oversee system health, upgrades and software procurement to meet current and emerging business needs.

Manage key vendor partnerships to maximise value, service quality and platform performance.

Set and monitor service levels, making sure technology supports member and organisational outcomes.

Guide IT support functions, including complex incident management, continuity planning and Level 2 system support.

Strengthen governance and compliance, aligning platforms with DTF standards, regulations and risk controls.

Build and uplift a high‑performing IT platforms team, fostering collaboration and capability growth.

Remuneration:

MAS3 ($127,859 p.a) + 12% Super
