Senior Leasing Executive (National Role)

About the role We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Leasing Executive to join our team at A.S.E.H. Property Services Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Hawthorn, Victoria, and will involve managing a national portfolio of retail and commercial properties across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Proactively managing a portfolio of retail & commercial leases and renewals

Developing and executing leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income

Negotiating and finalising new lease agreements with prospective tenants

Maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants and providing excellent customer service

Analysing market data and trends to identify new leasing opportunities

Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management

Collaborating with internal teams including property, legal and development

Managing internal and external leasing agents

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial leasing or property management role

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and securing new lease agreements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities

Familiarity with relevant retail & commercial property legislation and regulations

Experience in managing a small team

Extensive experience and strong networks, particularly in the food retail, QSR and fuel space
