Shape the Future of Growth at Toll Group Toll Group is seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic growth across our Resources & Industrials division. As Senior Vice President Growth you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing multi‑year strategies that unlock new markets, partnerships and business models within Australia’s Resources and Industrials sector with a primary focus on Mining & Energy, Regional Ports, Dangerous Goods Logistics and the broader supply chain ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to influence at the highest level, serving as a trusted advisor to the President of the Resources and Industrials Division, representing Toll in industry forums and leading transformative initiatives that deliver material sales growth in contract logistics.

What You’ll Lead

Strategic Vision: Set and communicate a compelling growth agenda aligned with Toll’s long‑term objectives.

Enterprise Growth: Drive mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and new market entry opportunities.

Commercial Excellence: Embed disciplined sales methodologies and negotiate major contracts for optimal outcomes.

Executive Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high‑performing team fostering innovation and accountability.

Stakeholder Influence: Cultivate relationships with customers, regulators and investors to advance Toll’s strategic interests.

What You Bring

10 years executive leadership experience in growth strategy or business development within resources, logistics or related industries.

Deep expertise in Mining & Energy or Ports and supply chain operations.

Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth in contract logistics.

Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics; MBA preferred.
