The work: You’ll sit in a tight, two-partner practice and run a genuinely varied disputes practice, including matters such as: Shareholder and joint venture disputes arising from mid-market and private equity transactions Contractual disputes linked to M&A, earn-outs and failed deals Insolvency-adjacent litigation and recovery actions Corporations Act matters and director/shareholder claims Strategic pre-litigation advice designed to resolve matters early (and often successfully) This is a practice that

Associate or Senior Associate

who: Has between

2-7 years PAE

solid experience in commercial litigation or disputes Enjoys running matters with a high degree of autonomy Thinks commercially and values client relationships Wants exposure to quality corporate-driven disputes without being siloed You’ll work closely with partners who are hands-on, well-regarded in the market, and invested in developing their people.
