About the Role You will drive the strategic direction of the property guest experience, operational excellence, and commercial performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead a landmark property through a significant refurbishment program and an upcoming rebrand and repositioning the property in the Adelaide market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily hotel operations, drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and profitability

Champion a positive, high‑performing, people‑first culture

Oversee refurbishment‑related operational impacts and ensure continuity of service

Re‑launch the hotel in the market post refurbishment

Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the broader community

Ensure compliance across safety, quality, and brand standards

About You

A proven hospitality leader with proven General Manager or senior hotel management experience

Energetic and inspirational leader who confidently leads from the front and thrives in both heritage and boutique environments.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver results and manage complex operational demands.

Highly adaptable and resilient, with demonstrated success in driving organisational change.

Passionate about developing, empowering, and elevating high‑performing teams.

Experienced in delivering rebrands, relaunches, and executing conferences and events.
