Data Quality Officer . In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the accuracy of customer and network data, with a strong focus on supporting customers who rely on life support systems.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of safe and reliable services across the community.

What you’ll be doing

Investigating and resolving customer/property data issues.

Processing property address updates and corrections using online systems.

Managing life support notifications and maintaining the Life Support Register.

Linking NMIs to the correct SPID across GIS and Low Voltage Networks.

Reconciling and cleansing addressing data for National Electricity Market systems.

Educating and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data standards and quality.

What we're looking for

Industry experience, ideally within an

energy retailer

or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of

life support processes

(highly regarded).

Proven skills in data management and reconciliation with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving data issues.
