The Role
As Quality Assurance Team Lead, you'll lead a small team of testers to ensure the organisation's platforms and systems are reliable, stable, and meet high standards. You'll work closely with product and development teams to test releases, catch bugs early, and deliver better software to users.
What You'll Do
Lead, support, and mentor the QA team
Oversee testing of new features and updates
Build and maintain test plans and automation scripts
Work closely with developers and stakeholders
Ensure smooth, high-quality software releases
Help improve tools, processes, and testing practices
What You'll Bring
Experience leading QA or software testing teams
Strong knowledge of automated testing
Skills with tools like Salesforce, Selenium, JIRA, and Accelq
Great communication and problem-solving ability
A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
