About the Role
As a Building Broker at Boss, you’ll be the person clients trust most during their building journey.
You’ll guide them through finance, land, floor plans, builders, budgets, prestart and celebrate their slab and key handover with them.
You’ll also build your own pipeline through personal brand, referrals, content, and strong relationships.
This is a role for someone who loves people, loves problem-solving, and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling and nurturing inbound and outbound leads
Self-generating leads through content, networking, referrals, and finance broker partnerships
Running discovery calls & 1:1 info sessions with new leads
Reviewing and sketching floor plans to suit client needs
Comparing builder options and presenting the best solution
Supporting clients from slab to key handover
Working closely with land agents, finance brokers, and builders
Attending slab parties, pre starts, site visits, and handovers
Building your personal brand online (comfortable being on camera!)
Following internal systems in Slack, HubSpot, Google Drive, and WhatsApp

Managing 20–40 clients at various stages
Fast follow-ups and strong communication
High lead-to-sale conversion
Strong referral relationships
Clients who feel supported, understood, and excited
High performers consistently earn $200k–$300k+ annually

Flexible hours, but evenings/weekends are needed for clients
