This firm is home to one of the leading dispute resolution practices in Australia, with a reputation for managing high-profile, high-stakes disputes and investigations. The team acts for many global premier companies on their most complex matters, operating seamlessly across national courts, domestic and international arbitrations, and specialist tribunals. In Sydney, the disputes team includes highly regarded partners and experienced litigators who advise across a broad range of commercial litigation, construction disputes, class actions, and financial services litigation. The practice collaborates regularly with colleagues across Australia and globally, providing clients with cross-jurisdictional expertise. The team is commercial, strategic, and client-focused, with a strong mentoring culture and a commitment to professional development, quality, and innovation. Position Description In this role, you will work on a diverse range of disputes, from complex cross-border litigation to specialist construction and financial services matters. You will take day-to-day responsibility for more straightforward matters, while supporting senior lawyers on larger-scale and complex disputes. Your work will include drafting and negotiating legal documentation, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and provide mentoring to junior team members. Key Requirements You will be a dispute resolution lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house. You will bring: Experience in commercial litigation, construction disputes, class actions and/or financial services litigation Excellent drafting and communication skills Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability A collaborative, proactive approach to matter management The ability to mentor juniors while working independently Enthusiasm for client engagement and business development Contact For further information, please contact
