Mid Tier client – Highly regarded mid tier looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to work across M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital fund raising and investment, regulated and unregulated managed investment schemes.

Top Tier client – Leading group looking for an Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the Financial Service and Fintech space.

Mid Tier client – Expanding Melbourne Corporate team looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3-5+ years PQE advising across all aspects of Corporate Commercial work for HNW clients.

Top Tier client – Leading group looking for a Senior Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the Energy and Resources space.
