Demonstrated track record as a Chief Executive Officer, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to current and future leaders of the business. Strong background in corporate governance, compliance and risk, ensuring robust oversight and strategic decision-making. Highly desirable skills

Practical experience in managing supply chains, distribution networks, and operational efficiency to support business growth and resilience is desirable. Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence, integration, change management and value creation, to advise on potential expansion opportunities is desirable. Location
