Job Description
As the Branch Manager of our Dalby branch, you’ll step into a well‑established rural retail and service hub spanning across Merchandise, Fertiliser, Livestock, Real Estate, Insurance and Finance. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive business growth, lead a high‑performing team, and make a meaningful impact across the local agricultural community.
Location: Dalby, QLD
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships with local producers while driving sales across agricultural products and merchandise. You’ll mentor, support, and develop your team to deliver professional, efficient, and high‑quality service - both in‑store and out in the field.
This key role plays a fundamental part in supporting one of Australia’s most productive cotton growing regions. Our Dalby Branch works closely with extensive irrigated and dryland farming systems across both summer and winter crop programs, backed by a large and experienced agronomy team. The region is also home to Queensland’s second‑largest cattle selling centre and is a major hub for numerous feedlots - offering significant opportunities to strengthen livestock engagement and expand market presence.
What You’ll Bring
You’re commercially savvy, with a strong track record of driving sales across agricultural products. Self‑motivated and improvement‑focused, you excel at building deep, trusted partnerships with clients and key stakeholders. You’re skilled at identifying new business opportunities and bring the leadership capability needed to guide, support, and develop your team to achieve success.
What You’ll Get
Competitive remuneration package
Access to incentive programs
Company vehicle
Purchased leave scheme benefits
Additional paid Nutrien Day each year
Gender-neutral parental leave policy
Supportive, flexible, and engaging environment
Opportunities to contribute to our community partnerships
Ongoing professional training and development
A culture of learning and growth
