About the Role St Andrew's Catholic College is seeking a skilled and inspiring educational leader to lead our primary years as Head of College - Primary, commencing Term 1 2026 (start date negotiable).

Following the promotion of the previous incumbent to a Principal position, this executive position offers the opportunity to guide a vibrant, future‑focused Primary Years within a thriving Prep‑12 community.

Reporting directly to the Principal and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide dynamic academic, pastoral and administrative leadership; mentoring and supporting staff; upholding expectations; and actively contributing to the life of the College.

Work Requirements

Registered, or eligible to register, with Queensland College of Teachers

Participation in and commitment to the sacramental life of the Catholic Church

Understanding and commitment to education in the Catholic tradition

Postgraduate (Master level) qualifications (or willingness to attain) in leadership, education or religion

Demonstrated leadership experienceA strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision and ethos of Catholic Education
