This firm specialises in complex, high-value disputes in superior courts. With a strong presence in the Melbourne market, the disputes team acts for a sophisticated client base including national and multinational corporations, private businesses, directors, shareholders and high net worth individuals. You will be an experienced commercial litigator from a reputable commercial firm who: Has at least 6 years’ post-qualification experience (up to counsel level) Is confident managing complex matters independently from inception to resolution Has strong technical skills and sound commercial judgement Enjoys both autonomy and working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team Builds trusted relationships with a strategic, commercial approach to disputes.
