Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver practical legal support across commercial operations, strategic initiatives and regulatory matters. The role spans a diverse brand portfolio within a complex and rapidly evolving environment. On Offer

Act as a trusted legal adviser to business units and senior stakeholders. Provide advice on commercial contracts, procurement and strategic partnerships. Support marketing, digital and data initiatives while managing risk and compliance. Advise on consumer, privacy and broader regulatory issues.> Contribute to governance frameworks, policies and process improvement. Assist on strategic projects, transactions and other group initiatives. Requirements

Law degree and an Australian Practising Certificate (or eligibility). Around 8–12+ years’ PQE with strong commercial grounding (top-tier or leading firm background valued). Demonstrated capability in complex contracting and commercial advisory work. Exposure to privacy, consumer and regulatory frameworks. In‑house or secondment experience within a large or regulated corporate environment is advantageous (ideal sectors include FMCG, consumer, pharma, health, and/or retail). Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills. Commercial mindset, pragmatic judgement and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting.
