EREA is a system of Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition, operating nationally. We educate over 40,000 students and employ over 4,500 people across our network. We have schools in every Australian state and territory.
EREA Colleges is the Governing Body responsible for 20 Educational Bodies operating schools or Early Learning Centres in Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of EREA Colleges, the Director - Identity and Formation leads, shapes, and supports the mission, Catholic identity, and formation practices of EREAC Schools and Early Learning Centres. The role ensures that the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice tradition and Edmund Rice charism remain central to all decision‑making and practice, guiding school communities in living out their mission as Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.
Working in partnership with the other EREA ELTs and the EREA national office, the Director of Identity and Formation fosters a shared and strategic approach to identity, formation, and social justice leadership across the network.
