Commercial Lawyer: Senior Associate or Special Counsel with Holley Nethercote Lawyers Holley Nethercote is a well-established, mid‑sized financial services and commercial law firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. We advise clients across financial services law, financial crime, digital assets law, commercial law, compliance and dispute resolution. We have about 35 staff and combine practical expertise with a collaborative, service‑oriented culture.

This role is for either our Melbourne or Sydney office.

About you

5 to 7 years post‑admission experience (PAE)

Experienced commercial lawyer

Great writer
