Responsibilities include, but not limited to, Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise for the Principal as required. Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral role, embedding socially just practices in everyday school life. Set and maintain high expectations and standards for student achievement and staff performance. Actively engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, informed by a strong understanding of relevant legislation and education policy. Build effective partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business, and strategically manage resources to achieve school goals.
