Position overview Step into one of Australia’s most respected disputes teams as a Senior Associate in Melbourne. You’ll handle complex, high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution matters for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.

The role As Senior Associate, you’ll run your own files and contribute to strategy on high‑value disputes while mentoring junior colleagues.

Managing commercial, contractual and regulatory disputes

Appearing in courts, mediations and arbitrations

Handling shareholder, misleading conduct and negligence claims

Developing litigation strategy with partners and clients

What you’ll bring

5‑7 years PQE in commercial litigation/disputes

Strong drafting and advocacy skills

Confidence in managing complex cases independently
