Centre Manager

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Centre Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of a single shopping centre, working directly for the landlord. You’ll be a well‑rounded professional with experience across all areas of shopping centre management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting

Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance

Support leasing and business planning, identifying cost‑saving and value‑add opportunities

Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders

Conduct regular inspections and address operational risks, whilst maintaining high presentation standards

Skills and experience required for this role

5+ years’ experience in shopping centre management

Strong financial, leadership, and operational skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities

Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven

Community‑minded with a collaborative approach
