Regional Director - Strategic Mining Accounts

This is a rare opportunity for a senior mining and capital equipment executive to take responsibility for the Asia Pacific key accounts portfolio, delivering profitable growth across Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining clients.

With full regional P&L accountability, you will drive revenue, expand market share, secure long-term service partnerships, and position the organisation as a strategic OEM partner.

About this role

Set and deliver the APAC mining key account growth strategy

Own Tier-1 executive relationships and major contract negotiations

Drive regional P&L performance, forecasting, and governance

Convert fleet, electrification, and lifecycle opportunities into revenue

Align sales, service, and technical functions for aftermarket growth

Build and lead a high-performing regional team

Is this you?

Extensive experience in mining, OEM, or heavy industrial sectors

Demonstrated regional or national P&L leadership

Established Tier-1 mining network within Western Australia

Proven success in complex commercial negotiations

Experience in capital equipment, fleet strategy, or asset lifecycle management

Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement capability
