What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll support the smooth delivery of professional exams by preparing exam rooms, registering candidates, communicating exam procedures and supervising exam sessions. You’ll maintain a calm, focused presence throughout each exam, observe and report any issues, and complete required documentation in line with established procedures.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

- Reliable, detail-focused and comfortable following set procedures

- Calm, qualified communicator with strong customer service skills

- Flexible with availability, including occasional weekends, and confident using basic computer systems

Flexible availability is important, as shifts are rostered between 8:00am and 5:30pm, with occasional evening and weekend work.
