The Opportunity

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking an experienced

Corporate Travel Lead

to take ownership of our day‑to‑day national travel operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about creating seamless travel experiences for our people.

The Corporate Travel Lead will be responsible for managing CPP’s end‑to‑end corporate travel function, ensuring cost‑effective, safe, and efficient travel arrangements across the business. This role will be the primary point of contact for Corporate Traveller (CPP’s travel provider) and will oversee the online booking platform, vendor engagement, and continuous improvement of travel processes.

As our Corporate Travel Lead, you will:

Oversee all corporate travel bookings, approvals, and vendor coordination

Monitor travel budgets, usage, and credits, providing clear and proactive reporting

Partner with project managers to forecast upcoming travel needsChampion continuous improvement across systems, tools, and processes

Support staff with travel arrangements and ensure safety and compliance

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external travel partners

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Experience in travel coordination, vendor management, workforce planning, or similar

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Confidence working with digital tools (ERP, travel platforms, Excel/Power BI)

A mindset for continuous improvement and teamwork
