We are partnering with a market‑leading property group to appoint an experienced Centre Manager for a well‑established sub‑regional retail asset portfolio. This role offers strong scope, leadership exposure and the opportunity to work closely with Asset Management and the Landlord on strategy, planning and performance outcomes.

You will oversee daily centre operations, financial management, presentation and stakeholder relationships, supported by an experienced on‑site team. This role requires a confident operator who can balance priorities, engage effectively with tenants, and ensure the asset continues to perform at a high level. A centrally located candidate would be ideally placed for success.

Key Responsibilities

Full operational management including presentation, service delivery, WHS and compliance

Financial oversight including budgeting, reporting and forecasting

Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders

Work closely with Asset Management on strategy, leasing and long‑term asset planning

Lead and support on‑site staff to ensure high performance and strong centre standards

Experienced Centre Manager OR Senior Retail Manager seeking progression

Strong stakeholder and tenant relationship skills

Commercially minded, proactive and confident balancing priorities

Strategic thinker with hands‑on capability and leadership presence
