Head of Production & Operations

to lead and own our supply chain and operational function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for how product is delivered - from factory negotiation through to freight strategy, inventory planning and wholesale compliance.

You will be accountable for:

Leading commercial negotiations with manufacturing partners

Protecting margin through disciplined sourcing and freight strategy

Owning production timelines post bulk approval

Aligning inventory buys with sales forecasts

Strengthening compliance with major global retailers

Building clear cashflow visibility across production commitments

Leading warehouse and fulfilment operations

Implementing structured operational reporting

This role holds full accountability for operational performance, margin protection and supply chain stability.

We are looking for:

8+ years in apparel Production, Supply Chain or Operations leadership

Strong wholesale and high-volume experience

Proven factory negotiation and sourcing capability

Commercial fluency with margin and working capital

A structured, commercially disciplined leadership approach
