VP of Commercial Finance

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially mindedVP of Commercial Financeto lead all aspects of a dynamic Skincare DTC / Retail business's financial strategy, planning, and commercial decision-making. This role blends strategic oversight with a willingness to dive deep, from weekly reporting to long-term modeling for global growth. Must have experience with Global DTC high growth consumer goods businesses.

Key Responsibility Strategic Finance & Planning

Leadfinancial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A)across all markets and channels (DTC, Retail, Wholesale, Amazon).

Develop and maintain financial model

Provide data-driven insights to support key strategic decisions

Partner with CEO and Board on investor materials, funding strategies, and scenario planning.

Overseechannel P&Ls, identifying margin opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Partner with the COO and Head of Ops to forecastinventory and working capitalrequirements

Evaluate and modelnew product launches, retailer deals, and marketing ROIto ensure commercial viability.

Cashflow & Control

Serve as the commercial conscience of the business

Partner cross-functionally to translate financial insights into operational impact.

Must have

15+ years’ experience incommercial finance or FP&A, ideally inconsumer goods, beauty, or e-commerce.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to toggle betweenbig-picture strategy and granular detail.

Proficient inExcel/Sheets modeling, with deep experience in cashflow forecasting and working capital management.

Experience withShopify, Cin7, Xero, or NetSuitea plus.

Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
