Radio Station Manager

South Coast FM is a community radio station based in Wonthaggi, Victoria. We have presenters, employees and volunteers who maintain and operate the station.

We are looking for an adaptable person with good organisational abilities, an interest in media and creating new ways to communicate and motivate. Experience working with volunteers would be advantageous.

A minimum of 1-2 years management experience is required for this role.

Community radio or broadcasting experience is preferred but not essential.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with valid work rights.

Part‑time 30 hours per week with flexibility re office and working from home as agreed with the Board.

Salary range: $35 – $40 per hour, plus 12% super contribution
