We’re now looking for a Head of Telehealth to lead the next stage of our remote care evolution.
The Role
As Head of Telehealth, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of telehealth services at Cornerstone Health. This role has oversight over clinical operations, digital product development, and patient and doctor experience, ensuring that telehealth services are scalable and financially sustainable. It requires a leader who can operate in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and operational reliability. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the telehealth strategy aligned with organisational goals and identify opportunities for new services and partnerships.
Lead the Telehealth Services team focused on delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.
Lead day‑to‑day operations of telehealth services, ensuring reliability, efficiency & scalability.
Optimise workflows across telehealth to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
Work closely with technology teams to improve telehealth platforms and the patient and GP experience.
Use patient insights and data to refine service design and improve accessibility and retention.
Ensure telehealth services are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with diverse patient needs.
Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and lead change programmes.
About You
Leadership experience in healthcare, ideally within primary care, digital health, or telehealth.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, remote care regulations, and digital health technologies.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
Experience in operational management, service design, or digital product collaboration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
