Job Description

Overview Robotine is an Australian automation company developing scalable robotics solutions for manufacturing industries. We are launching a disruptive Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solution for the woodworking and cabinet manufacturing sector — designed to increase output, consistency and profitability without upfront capital investment. We are seeking one strong commercial partner to lead market entry across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

The Opportunity This is a commission-only Business Development role designed for an established industry professional — not a junior salesperson.

You will represent Robotine’s Cabinet Assembler Robot within a defined territory, introducing a high-impact automation solution to cabinet makers and joinery businesses.

This opportunity suits someone who:

Already operates as an independent contractor (ABN required)

Has an existing network within the woodworking / joinery supply industry

Currently represents complementary products (consumables, materials, machinery, tooling, etc.)

Understands how to sell technical or industrial solutions to business owners

This is not a cold-calling role. We are looking for someone with credibility and relationships in the market.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Introducing Robotine’s automation solution to qualified cabinet manufacturing businesses

Generating and progressing commercial opportunities within your territory

Supporting the sales process through to agreement

Acting as a professional representative of the Robotine brand

Providing market feedback and insight to support product positioning

Technical demonstrations and implementation support will be handled by Robotine.

Commercial Structure

Commission-only structure

Recurring commission model tied to ongoing client revenue (RaaS)

Territory defined: Brisbane & Sunshine Coast

Independent contractor arrangement (no salary, no employment relationship)

Full commission structure discussed during interview process.

Ideal Background

5+ years B2B sales experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or industrial supply

Existing relationships with cabinet makers / joinery owners

Proven track record closing commercial deals

Commercially minded, professional, and self-directed

Comfortable representing innovative automation technology
