Job Description The new Consumer Platform is the unified foundation for Nineโ€™s digital products, enabling seamless experiences for identity, subscriptions, payments, and personalization to drive audience growth and retention.

About the Role As the Head of Product, Commerce & Core, you are a senior leader accountable for the entire "Order to Cash" process. You will define the commercial product strategy, lead the Product Manager team, and shape executive decision-making on platform priorities and trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Direction: Define the multi-year product strategy for the Commerce & Core portfolio.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Product Managers, ensuring high performance and execution excellence.

Commercial Oversight: Own and oversee all platforms related to subscriptions, billing, and payments.

Executive Alignment: Secure cross-functional alignment and communicate product outcomes, articulating clear business impact to senior leadership.

Qualifications

An experienced product leader with a deep understanding of commerce, billing, and payments systems.

A strategic leader who can effectively communicate product priorities and trade-offs to senior leadership.

You have a track record of successfully managing and mentoring product teams.

You are a master of managing up and can create effective communication cadences with leadership.

You can manage large, complex programs of work spanning multiple teams with interdependencies.

You are experienced in guiding products during major business transformation, ensuring product vision and roadmaps are tightly aligned with new company objectives.
