Executive Asset Advisor

into their Brisbane team. This is a senior advisory role working closely with Directors, delivering high-value asset and facilities management advice across complex social infrastructure portfolios. The role You’ll lead and contribute to advisory engagements across asset and facilities management, with a strong focus on whole-of-life outcomes, performance, risk and value. Responsibilities include: Asset & facilities management advisory across new and existing assets Lifecycle cost analysis, whole-of-life modelling and FM performance reviews Due diligence and technical advisory on major infrastructure and PPP-style projects Benchmarking against recognised standards (ISO 55000 / ISO 41000) Procurement and contracting support (service specs, KPIs, evaluation frameworks) Stakeholder engagement, workshops and senior-level reporting Advising on FM/AM transitions, contract administration and performance frameworks Mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice growth and repeat work About you Senior-level experience in asset management and/or facilities management advisory Strong exposure to public or private sector infrastructure and social infrastructure assets Experience delivering advisory work across

health, education, corrections or social housing

(highly regarded) Familiarity with FM/AM procurement, contracts, performance frameworks and audits Confident communicator with the ability to lead engagements and build trusted client relationships Tertiary qualification in Property, Building, Asset/Facilities Management or similar Professional accreditation (or working towards) considered advantageous This is a great opportunity for a seasoned advisor looking to step into a visible, influential role within a respected consultancy, working on meaningful projects with long-term social impact.
