Key Account Partner – Domain Digital/SaaS solution sales to top residential real estate agency clients. Drive revenue, manage product adoption, increase brand loyalty.

About the Role As a Key Account Manager (Key Account Partner) under an experienced Sales Leader you will own a highly engaged portfolio of top-tier real estate agency clients across the Brisbane region. Consultative solution selling will be key to cement Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner. You will enjoy independence, territory ownership and career development opportunities in Sales Leadership, Solutions & Implementations.

Typical Day Get to know our key clients’ businesses intimately, maintain strong partnerships, solution‑sell across Domain’s products, manage full sales cycle, present insights to stakeholders, strategise growth initiatives, introduce new products, provide world‑class customer service, give feedback on market conditions, expand industry knowledge on residential real estate tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of key agency clients in Brisbane.

Consultative solution selling to embed Domain as an indispensable partner.

Oversee full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, business case, contract negotiation, execution, and reporting.

Present Domain insights at customer events and sales meetings.

Strategise and implement account growth initiatives.

Maintain relationships, introduce new products, and resolve client queries.

Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.

Become an industry expert on tech solutions for residential real estate.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts.

Experience building custom product solutions or bundles for client needs.

Ability to negotiate large, complex deals and handle objections.

Confident public speaking and presentation to decision-makers.

Strong storytelling skills to communicate ROI and business impact.

Ability to drive and meet client objectives in Brisbane region.

Nice to Haves

Experience selling to enterprise customers in real estate or related industries.

Certifications in SaaS, Digital Media or Real Estate.

Sales achievements in related industries.
