Job Description
In this role, you’ll be providing support to our West and North Melbourne sites where you will build strong internal relationships to champion wellbeing, health, and safety across the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll be a trusted advisor in safety and risk management – providing practical, solutions‑focused guidance.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to key business projects that enhance our safety culture and drive continuous improvement across Bolton Clarke.

Key Activities:
Supporting managers with incident reporting and assisting in investigations to identify root causes.
Conducting risk assessments and recommending corrective actions.
Advising staff on OH&S policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assisting in the delivery of safety training programs to build capability in hazard identification and management.
Supporting health and safety committees and representatives.
Analyzing safety data to identify trends and key issues related to incidents, injuries, and wellbeing.
We’d Love to Hear from You if You:
Possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Have 3+ years experience in a Safety & Wellbeing role.
Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate and find practical, risk‑aware solutions.
Bring proven experience in a health and safety role – experience in aged care, community care, or health is highly valued.
Have sound knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
Are familiar with RiskMan and/or SolvSafety systems (highly regarded).
Hold Fire Safety Adviser training, lead auditor certification, or training/assessing qualifications (desirable).
Are available to travel to sites, including occasional interstate travel.
