A leading national commercial practice is seeking a driven Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2–4 years PAE) to join its growing Brisbane team. About the Role You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual and business disputes, building and construction claims, insolvency matters, debt recovery, corporations law issues and general litigation. You will have the chance to run your own matters with guidance from experienced senior lawyers, while contributing to a busy and supportive litigation team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own files and progressing matters efficiently

Drafting court documents, correspondence, affidavits and briefs

Appearing in court and representing clients at mediations and negotiations

Delivering clear and commercially‑focused legal advice

Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

About You

2–4 years PAE

in commercial litigation, insolvency or construction disputes

Confident managing matters and communicating directly with clients

Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills

Highly organised, proactive and eager to continue developing as a litigator

A team player who values a supportive and collaborative workplace
