Based at our new state‑of‑the‑art, purpose‑built modern premises at Yennora, we are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our company.

You will be responsible for the financial leadership, stewardship and strategic direction for the company and partner closely with the owners/board of directors, CEO and leadership team to drive profitable growth, capital discipline, risk management and long‑term value creation.

About The Role In your role as Chief Financial Officer, you will:

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Owners/Board, CEO and Leadership team on financial, commercial and capital matters

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy and align manufacturing, commercial and investment activities with owner objectives

Provide forward‑looking financial insights and support long‑term planning across operations to support growth

Oversee group budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling and maintain financial controls and governance frameworks for the company

Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and accounting requirements and oversee enterprise risk management

Improve cost control, margin performance and manufacturing efficiency and support capital investment decisions in collaboration with operations and supply chain leaders

Evaluate pricing strategies and customer profitability

Drive disciplined return‑on‑investment analysis for new products, markets, assets and various opportunities

Support business development initiatives, strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions

Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital across all entities and optimise capital structure to support growth and asset portfolio performance

Provide financial oversight of the company’s property and diversified investment portfolio and support acquisition and development decisions with management

Oversee financial and ERP systems and drive automation and data integrity

Lead and develop a financially and commercially focused team, foster a culture of accountability and integrity and build succession capability

About You To be successful in the role, you will have:

Demonstrable experience in a senior finance leadership position (CFO, Head of Finance/Finance Director)

Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, ideally within regulated environments

Capability managing multi‑entity groups and ANZ operations

Expertise in financial reporting, governance, tax and risk management

A professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent)

Experience in medical devices, healthcare products or regulated manufacturing desirable

Exposure to real‑estate and/or investment portfolio management and M&A, capital structuring or growth‑stage experience advantageous

Exhibit high integrity, trust and transparency with a strong commercial judgement

A pragmatic, big‑picture, outcome‑focused, strategic leadership style
