Joining our team means you’ll work alongside hazardous materials & occupational hygienists, experienced environmental scientists & engineers, geologists & hydrogeologists, and remediation and waste management consultants to deliver a broad range of complex site investigation and remediation projects.

Our project line-up includes some of the biggest and most significant environmental projects in the NT. We provide specialist services to the Department of Defence, Federal and local government agencies, and several tier 1 mining companies.

What You’ll Do Supported by our Principals, you’ll contribute to innovative technical solutions while growing your career in a flexible, inclusive, and highly skilled environment.

You Will

Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from scoping to delivery

Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants

Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators

Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders

Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects

Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects

What You’ll Need

Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded

Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement

Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded

Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites

Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery

Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes

A commitment to safe, environmentally responsible project delivery

Hold a full Australian driver’s license

Be an Australian permanent resident or citizen (required for the Department of Defence)

This role will include some remote work within NT including shifts away from home.
