About Our Role With continued growth and exciting developments coming for 2026 and beyond, we are using our fantastic platform in the Victorian market to springboard into new opportunities and are looking for a Lead Civil Engineer experienced in the Buildings and Property sector to help grow and develop our team and delivery capabilities.

About You

Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering

PER Accreditation

Multiple years of post-graduate experience managing projects within the built environment sector

Understanding of the Victorian market and proven relationships with key personnel

Experience dealing with Architects, Landscape Architects, Government and private developers

An ability to mentor and develop junior engineers

Proven exposure to project delivery management for a consultancy

A team first attitude
