Join a Leading Litigation Team We are looking for a talented Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded Litigation Practice Group in Perth. Working closely with an experienced partner and a high‑performing team, you’ll be involved in complex commercial and regulatory disputes across diverse sectors including mining, energy and resources, real estate, manufacturing, retail, technology, entertainment, sports, and government.

What You’ll Do You’ll advise on general commercial litigation, insolvency matters, and regulatory issues including investigations and defence of prosecutions. This role offers exposure to challenging, high‑profile matters and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a global network.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years PQE in general commercial litigation

Experience in a high‑performing litigation team, ideally mid or top‑tier

Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Self‑motivated with a genuine passion for the law
