Responsibilities
Leading and managing complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Advising clients on deal structures, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
Negotiating and drafting transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and restructuring matters.
Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, contributing to their development and the teamโs success.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business development efforts.

Qualifications
Extensive Experience: Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate law, ideally from a leading firm or in-house legal team.
Technical Expertise: Proven ability to handle complex transactions from inception to completion.
Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of market trends and the ability to deliver commercially sound advice.
Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring teams and managing client relationships effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for clear, concise, and persuasive advice.
Qualification: Admission as a lawyer in Australia or New Zealand
