Lead the Future of Accessory Business at Mazda Australia We’re seeking a

Senior Manager – Accessory Business Development . In this role, you will develop, grow, and manage a profitable and sustainable accessories and insurance business for Mazda Australia. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our dealer network, national sales team, and external partners to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.

This role requires a full‑time, on‑site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Accessory Sales Performance, including reporting, state support, dealer programs, annual targets and budget management.

Drive Accessories Marketing strategy and execution, ensuring effective campaigns, sales tools, and accurate website/intranet content.

Oversee Accessory Supply and Pricing, including margin reviews, dealer order management, competitive positioning and compliance.

Support Accessory Development through market research, business cases and cross‑functional review forums.

Identify growth opportunities and optimise profitability across the Accessories portfolio.

Manage Mazda Insurance performance, including sales and marketing plans, provider relationships, training support and promotional materials.

About You You’re a confident people leader with a strong service mindset, able to balance day‑to‑day operations with strategic improvement. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and are comfortable working with executives, technical teams and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.

To be Successful, You Will Have

Relevant tertiary degree qualifications in a business discipline.

Experience in sales & marketing planning process.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

A strategic management focus, demonstrating both capability and willingness to support the broader team to address business initiatives and challenges.
